Detection
Malfunction is detected from the temperature detected by discharge pipe temperature thermistor.
Malfunction
Decision Conditions
When a short circuit or an open circuit in the discharge pipe temperature thermistor is detected.
Supposed Causes Defect of thermistor (R2T) for outdoor unit discharge pipe
Defect of outdoor unit PC board (A1P)
Troubleshooting
Refer to thermistor resistance / temperature characteristics table on P252.

Caution
Be sure to turn o power switch before connect or disconnect connector, or
parts damage may be occurred.
Resistance is
normal when
measured after
disconnecting the thermistor
R2T from the outdoor unit PC
board.
(5.0kΩ~640kΩ)
Replace outdoor unit PC board
(A1P).
Connect the thermistor and turn on
again.
